Apple publishes Release Candidates for its platforms
No new Xcode though
Apple publishes Release Candidate for iOS/iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, watchOS 10.3, tvOS 18.3 and visionOS 2.3. Also, iPadOS 17.7.4 RC is available with security updates.
Beta testers report that updates enable Apple Intelligence automatically and users now need to opt-out if they don’t want to use Apple’s AI features.
