Apple updates iOS, iPadOS and macOS developer beta 3, releases public beta versions

Developers should expect more users running beta versions of platforms

Apple refreshed developer beta 3 for iOS/iPadOS 18 and macOS 15 Sequoia. This refresh seemingly reverted back stickers/emoji pane in system keyboard on iOS and iPadOS. No other changes in updated beta versions are reported.

Also, Apple released public beta versions for iOS/iPadOS 18, macOS 15 Sequoia, tvOS 18, watchOS 11, HomePod software 18. As noted previously, visionOS 2 will not have public beta version.
