Apple Intelligence is here with iOS 18.1, macOS Sequoia 15.1

Apple releases iOS/iPadOS 18.1, macOS Sequoia 15.1, watchOS 11.1, tvOS 18.1, and visionOS 2.1, along with Xcode 16.1.

These releases incorporate Apple Intelligence features into supported devices, including Writing Tools, enhanced Siri capabilities, an AI-driven Clean Up tool, improved photo search, memories video creation, notification summarization, call, and note transcriptions.

These are the initial features of Apple Intelligence accessible to the general public. Additional features are currently available for developers in beta versions. iOS 18.2 and macOS Sequoia 15.2 are anticipated to be released in December 2024.

Apple Intelligence features are currently in a waitlist phase for users, with the duration of the wait varying from a few hours to several days. The features themselves are designated as “beta” for user testing.

AirPods Pro 2 has been enhanced to perform a hearing test and could potentially be utilized as hearing aids.

Additionally, Apple releases iPadOS 17.7.1, macOS 14.7.1, and macOS 13.7.1, incorporating bug fixes and security enhancements.
